Din ce văd şi eu, primesc un warning care mă pune pe gânduri, pentru că în comandă am respectat topica indicată. Apoi, e ceva şi cu tunnerul, iar nu înţeleg. Şi apoi, audio nu are sunet. Iar eroarea fatală, că aşa şi este ea, opreşte chinul. Mai trebuie să instalez ceva? Să setez ceva? Să mai cumpăr ceva? Vă rog frumos, spune-ţi-mi. Veţi face un om (şi mai) fericit.

De ce nu utilizezi utilitarele oferite de mandriva? Scapi de multe probleme si cautat pe internet. Dupa configurare, poti folosi TVtime pentru vizionare, este mult mai ergonomic.
Tocmai am instalat tvtime cu urpmi. Obţin ecran negru, iar dacă îl lansez de la konsole, mai aflu că:

La mine, fiind pe româneşte, probabil că trebuie să caut în Dispozitive. Dar acolo nu am decât un meniu, din care pot lista dispozitivele, dar nu ştiu cum le-aş putea seta. Adică niciunul de acolo nu este denumit explicit tuner?

Dacă selectezi dispozitivul vei avea meniul de configurare în dreapta. Urmăreşte cursorul din captura de ecran ataşată, la tine probabil că va apărea un dispozitiv numit saa7130.

Adaugă ca root (administrator) în fişierul /etc/modules următoarea linie "saa7134 card=21" fără ghilimele, evident. Apoi reporneşte calculatorul.

Mai întâi trebuie să faci configurarea din TVtime. Trebuie să cauţi canalele ca la un TV normal (foloseşti indicaţiile lui venerix). Apoi te apuci să schimbi altceva.
Deschide un terminal si tasteaza:
# su...(parola root)
# radio=1
# tuner=5
# card=2
# gbuffers=4
# modprobe saa7130
# exit
$ cd /usr/bin
$ ./tvtime-configure -n PAL -f europe
$ ./tvtime-scanner
după ce termină de scanat, dai ca root:
# kwrite /etc/rc.local
aici tipăreşti: modprobe saa7130 (ca să ţină minte setările după reboot!)
SAVE
RESTART
- Valorile de mai sus sunt cele care merg la mine
- In loc de kwrite poti folosi alt editor.

Am făcut toate înlocuirile, şi am constatat, că dacă am saa7133, atunci toate comenzile tvtime dau o fereastră neagră, de unde nu mai pot comuta Input Configuration > change videosource pe „Television”, singura opţiune pe care o permite fiind ”default” şi un ecran negru-tuci. Aceleaşi chestii se petrec şi dacă fac înlocuirea cu valoarea saa7135. Numai dacă merg pe saa7134, atunci ecranul tvtime devine albastru, cu eticheta No signal, cu un meniu mai bogat, adică cu toate articolele de meniu despre care m-aţi învăţat mai sus. Deci am mers pe setările: saa7134 card=68 si tuner=5, 56, 40, 0, 19 şi 55. La toate se întâmplă la fel, adică primesc tvtime albastru şi eticheta No signal.
Am văzut la meniul tvtime că mai există şi articolul Channel management > Scan channels for signal. De aici fac scanare, sau din altă parte?
Şi, dacă nu va merge şi nu va merge, după ce o obosesc zdravăn (şi nu mă cruţ nici pe mine), aţi putea să-mi recomandaţi o placă tv care merge cu Mandriva, lucru - verificat - şi - confirmat? Ideea cu care cochetez tot mai mult ar fi că mai bine cumpăr una şi nu mă mai consum atâta, în plus, nu distrag atenţia colegilor de forum cu toate bazaconiile? Cum sună?...

Cautarea canalelor in TVtime se face din meniul spus de tine, tunerul tv are doua compomente fizice: convertorul analogic-digital (tunerul) si microprocesorul de prelucrare a semnalului (saa713x). Lasa configuratia saa7134 card=68 tuner=5, 56, 40, 1, 19 şi 55 si incerci cu fiecare tuner in parte sa cauti canalele in TVtime. Ramai la cel pe care receptionezi posturile. Atentie la setarile de semnal, respectiv PAL si zona europe.
Setarile de semnal si cele de zona raman nemodificate, si incerc acuma sa scanez cu fiecare tuner din cele enumerate. Trebuie sa restartez de fiecare data calculatorul? Dar am observat, ca devine sensibil daca fac modificarile nu in /etc/modules, ci in /etc/modprobe.conf. Care o fi cea buna?

Am făcut demersurile de rigoare şi am făcut rost de placa respectivă, în două zile o am. Până atunci... Voi reveni însă imediat cu rezultatul. Mulţumesc frumos pentru ajutor!

Azi am pus plăcuţa tv WinFast 2000 XP, în locul celei de dinainte, şi am recepţionat programele de televizor, fără nicio setare. De la MMC > Disopzitive > Vizualizati si configurati dispozitivele > BT 878 Video Capture > Executa unealta de configurare, la fereastra 'Model placa' era setata valoarea Auto detectie, iar la fereastra 'Tip tuner', tot parametrul Auto detectie. A mers din prima, pe kdetv, tvtime si mplayer.
Cred că ar trebui să cumpăr numai acele dispozitive care au cod de instalare / setare (şi) pentru linux, altfel totul se transformă în tragi-comedie.
