Salut!
Pe un sistem 64 bit,am Windows 7 si Mandriva Linux 2010.2
Mandriva vine cu Blender versiunea 4.49,ce pot face sa am versiunea ultima,2.57,care este super pentru un incepator ca mine...obisnuit cu ...Autodesk 3D max...
Pe Windows am reusit,am versiunea 2.57,pe Mandriva am luat arhiva .tar.bz2,care este arhiva Bzip, de pe siteul Blender,am desfacut-o si....atat,mai departe nu ma descurc.
Poate reuseste cineva sa imi spuna pas cu pas ce as putea face sa instalez.Din cate am inteles de siteul Blender,nu a aparut un .rpm...

Salut. Eu-s perfect paralel la aşa ceva, dar:
1- am descărcat arhiva aia
2- am dezarhivat-o
3- am intrat în directorul rezultat
4- am dat dublu clic pe fişierul executabil blender (./blender în consolă)

PS- Poate dacă-l rogi pe nenea symbianflo pe aria MRB/ solicitări pachete, şi dacă e posibil îl împachetează .rpm. Eventual pentru viitorul Mandriva 2011, că acuşi apare, şi vei avea pachetul mai mult timp, nu?

mai domnilor ce aveti frate ? 2.57 este deja pe 2010.2 cum a iesit, cum Funda Wang la si impachetat...funda wang si am zis tot.

Eu am scuze, şefule:
1- n-am încercat cu urpmi, că eu chiar n-am nevoie :(
2- alcoolul dăunează grav sănătăţii (mintale sau mentale?), încep să realizez asta
3- bănuiesc c-o să te simţi jignit, dar chiar n-am auzit de Funda Wang (da´ acuşica caut pe net)
4- dacă zic că i-am oferit o alternativă, ţine figura?
Mulţumim oricum, nu se mai întâmplă... Nu prea curând, sper.

M-ai lăsat fără cuvinte... Mulţumesc pentru link-uri, găsisem eu ceva- ceva, dar departe de astea. Sincer mă sperie tipul (la modul respectuos, admirativ!): 30 de ani, profesor de muzică, expert în IT, contributor Mandriva (13314 pachete până acum???), şi translator. Dom´ne , dacă un contributor face toate chestiile astea pentru Mandriva, un angajat ce face??? Şi din entuziasmul tău înţeleg că-i super profesionist, nu?
Cu siguranţă-l ţin minte de-acum!

Ei si tu acuma wang e dintre aia care au fost adusi de Duval pe vremea respectiva si e unul din "security team"
si care inca rezista pe mdv fara sa treaca la "concurenta"...
