Kernel 3.0.28 LTS ptr 2011.0 si 2010.2 - 32/64bit

3.0.28 a fost deja introdus in rosa-main si e disponibil ca si actualizare..
dupa cum rezulta din ML rosa devel, deci cine este deja pe 2012 LTS ROSA il va gasi ca si actualizare.

Different for original - drop mib distsuffix and vendor, as i think all
package in main supportet by ROSA repo will be with verndor/distsuffix
"rosa" (but all copyright not dropped of cource).
Kernel with nrj flavour (it's really more responsive) and for compatibility
with old systems and propertly updates i'm change/create kernel project and
generate some virtual package:

kernel-desktop-latest, kernel-desktop-devel-latest and
kernel-desktop586-latest, that pointing for suitable kernel-nrj package.

All old repo will delete - 2.6.38 and 2.6.39

What need to fix:

kernel-headers and linux-userspace-headers not propertly updated.
