Power Line Communications sau PLC este un sistem prin care se pot furniza servicii Internet folosind reteaua electrica. Se pare ca primii care beneficiaza la noi de aceasta tehnologie vor fi locuitorii comunei Band din judetul Mures. Detalii aici. Se pare ca pana la urma numele comunei a fost predestinat. :-D
