ROSA Fresh R1 Gnome release

Hello, as you possibly noticed, yesterday we announced moving all gnome 3.8 updates from private test repo to the official main repo. The process is not finished yet, we are still doing rebuilds and replace necessary packages. But it means that we are at the final stage of preparing official ROSA Fresh R1 Gnome release.
Meanwhile we are ready to announce Gnome 3.8 Release Candidate images.
Since it is the Release Candidate we are not yet going to list the full list of features, but this images can already be tested, we are ready to receive bugs, you find, and listen to your feedback!
